Free Consultation
Our packages include a FREE 30 minute phone consultation to help assess the viability of Executive Performance Coaching for you. We’ll provide a brief overview of the WellSpark coaching process so you can determine if we’re a good fit. The entire process will be customized to meet your challenges and goals.
Assessment
Our next step includes a battery of health and leadership assessments tailored to your specific needs and goals. These assessments include the latest executive measurement systems used in leadership coaching, in addition to health background information. We’re now ready to begin serious work!
Initial Coaching Session: 2 hours
In our first session, we begin with a review your assessments, identifying your priorities, values, strengths, challenges, and motivators. We discuss the elements of your performance vision – the ideal picture of your best self, performing optimally in all arenas of your life – and then we co-create a realistic, proactive 6-month strategic plan to align your long-term vision and values with achievable action steps. These action steps become the first week’s SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Action-oriented, Realistic, Time-bound) identifying motivators, possible obstacles.
Weekly or Biweekly Coaching Sessions: 45-60 min each
We begin each coaching session with a review of the previous week’s goals and successes. Then we have an in-depth discussion the week’s most relevant topic: exploring motivators, problem solving, brainstorming, possible new directions, finding insight, etc. before designing the next week’s SMART goals. Every 4th session, we review the relevance of your 6-month plan, making sure you feel like you are moving in the right direction, and adjusting accordingly.
6-Month Review Session: 60- 90 min
At 6 months, we quantify areas of progress, reviewing your 6-month goals and Wellness Vision. We celebrate and reward success while reinforcing lessons learned and strengths discovered. We review the process and welcome your feedback before setting goals for new directions.
