Individual wellness coaching supports executives wanting to increase their focus or energy management or working on specific health goals - stress management, exercise or nutrition goals, reducing cardiac or other health risks – or wanting to address broader work/life balance issues for better performance. Where goals overlap, the coaching process defines clear priorities with an achievable strategic plan while providing external accountability, expert advice, and specific measures for success.

Personal Health Education Session
We’ve designed these 60-minute education sessions to help clients learn more specifics about high-priority health challenges outside the normal coaching session...or as stand-alone educational opportunities. Individuals email their topic and background health history prior to the session for greater efficiency.
