Individual Coaching
Individual health and performance coaching supports executives wanting to increase their focus or energy management or wishing to work on specific health goals - such as stress management, sleep, exercise, nutrition, or reducing cardiac or other health risks – or wanting to address broader work/life balance issues for improved performance.
The coaching process uses comprehensive assessments and tools to clearly define an individual’s priorities and strengths, create an achievable, custom-tailored strategic plan, and provide external accountability, expert advice, and specific measures for success. A six month commitment insures the development of the new brain pathways that will support sustainable results.
Personal Health Education Session
We’ve designed these 60-minute education sessions to help clients learn more specifics about high-priority health challenges outside the normal coaching session...or as stand-alone educational opportunities. Individuals email their topic and background health history prior to the session for greater efficiency.

This can also be done in a group setting.
