Paulette Ashlin is President of Ashlin Associates, LLC, a firm specializing in human resources consulting, executive/employee development, and productivity. Her 20+ years of business experience include leading and managing both staff and line functions in varying industries.
Paulette is a former partner at a national executive search firm, and was Managing Director of North Carolina at Lee Hecht Harrison, a global HR-solutions company.
Prior to leading businesses, Paulette spent ten years at Duke Energy in a variety of Human Resources Management roles, followed by five years at DukeSolutions, an unregulated subsidiary of Duke Energy. There, she created the Human Resources function and became Vice President of Corporate Resources with accountability for Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities and Public Relations.
Paulette holds a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a B.A. in Psychology from Davidson College. Her certifications include a focus on Executive Coaching and professional/personal development.
Paulette and her husband have two children. She is multi-lingual and communicates with friends, family and colleagues in four languages.
